Sarah’s Latin Taste was started by Osvaldo Ebbes and is named after his daughter. The trademark image was developed from a traditional, hand cut silhouette portrait of Sarah by artist Karl Johnson (Cut Arts).
Osvaldo grew up in northern Argentina and learned how to butcher meat in his family’s market at a young age. He then worked in restaurants in Cordoba that served fast casual dishes or “minutas” for several years. He is skilled in the art of ‘asado’, the Argentine ritual of grilling various cuts of meat to be enjoyed with family and friends, and has designed and built a custom grill that is patent pending.
Osvaldo hand cuts, marinates and tenderizes all of the meat served by Sarah’s Latin Taste. The chimichurri and salsa criolla is made from scratch using traditional flavors from Argentina. Other ingredients such as the freshly baked ciabatta rolls are proudly sourced from Acme Bread.
